Who can refer to Fettle Healthcare?
We accept referrals from clients, carers, support coordinators, case managers, GPs, and other allied health professionals.
What areas do you service?
We service Albury - Wodonga and surrounding areas, including Chiltern, Howlong, Kiewa, Tallangatta, Baranduda, Lavington, Jindera, Thurgoona, Bonegilla, Yackandandah, Barnawartha, and Tangambalanga. Not sure if you're in our area? Send us a referral and we’ll let you know if we’re able to assist.
What funding do you accept?
We accept referrals under a range of funding types, including:

NDIS – for participants aged 16 and over, including both face-to-face and non-face-to-face services such as assessments, therapy programs, and carer education. Participants under 16 years may be accepted on a case by case basis.

Support at Home & Restorative Care Pathway – across all levels, supporting mobility, safety, and independence at home

Private clients – self-funded individuals seeking mobile allied health support

Partial reimbursement may be available for those referred by their GP through a Chronic conditions management plan or through private health insurance, depending on your cover

Please note: We are currently unable to accept DVA, TAC or NDIS Agency managed referrals.
How do you bill?
Invoices are issued after each appointment and reflect all time spent supporting your care. This includes face-to-face sessions, as well as non-face-to-face work such as writing clinical notes, developing treatment plans, creating exercise programs, and liaising with your support team. Travel time to and from appointments and CPKM (cents per kilometer) is also billed.
Do you offer more than what is shown on your website?
Yes - we often provide support tailored to individual needs that may not be shown online. If you're unsure whether we can help, please fill out a referral form or give us a call. We’ll be happy to chat about how we can assist.
What can I expect once referral is sent?
We aim to respond to referrals and general enquiries within 2 business days. Initial consults are typically offered within 5–10 business days of our response. Prior to your appointment, we’ll send out required documentation that must be completed before your therapist can attend.
